Pneumatic Conveying System

We provide pneumatic conveying systems for efficient transport of powder and granular materials. We design the optimal system for each customer's process conditions, including Dense Phase Pressure Conveying/Lean Phase Pressure Conveying/Lean Phase Vacuum Conveying, etc.

1. Dense Phase Pressure Conveying

This method uses high-pressure compressed air to slowly push powder into a dense state for transfer. The powder is continuously filled inside the conveying tube, minimizing powder damage and enabling long-distance transfer.

2. Lean Phase Pressure Conveying

This method pushes powder for transfer at high speed using low-pressure air (0.5 ~ 1 bar). As a method in a diluted state, which has a low powder concentration in the transfer tube, it is suitable for continuous processes.

3. Lean Phase Vacuum Conveying

As a method of sucking up powder by generating negative pressure inside the pipe using a vacuum pump, this is suitable for clean environments such as clean rooms, as it allows for hygienic transfer without external leakage.

Principle

Screw Conveyor (SC)

Principle

When the screw shaft is rotated by a motor or engine, the helical blades push the material, moving it along the length of the screw. This process is used to transport materials horizontally or on a slope.

Bag Filter (BF/Dust Collector)

This Bag Filter, as a dust collector, is a dry dust collector that removes dust using a fiber filter bag (collection bag).

Hopper

Principle

Hopper is equipment that stores powder or pellet-shaped materials and discharges them in fixed quantities.

Advantages

  • Gravity Using Discharge: Materials fall downwards by gravity inside the hopper and are discharged in controlled amounts through conveyors, screw feeders, valves, etc.
