Cake Hot Air Dryer (KDS)

Principle

The liquid sludge fed into the dryer is instantly dispersed and crushed by the blades of a high-speed rotating disc, and at this point, it is dried by the surrounding hot air and rises, where it is collected by an external dust collector and discharged.

  • Lower part – High-speed Centrifugal Disperser
  • Upper part – High-performance Airflow Classifier is optional
  • Side part – Hot Air Inlet, Cake Feeding Entrance

  • Fast Drying: Ensures high productivity by removing moisture within seconds (close to 0% outer layer moisture content)

Principle

This is an integrated system that can efficiently dry solid powder materials and simultaneously perform classifying(particle size separation).

  • Dry Process: Moist raw materials can be dried quickly through hot air and air circulation.

Pinciples

This is a method of drying solid materials by rotating them constantly in a cylindrical rotating drum and exposing them to hot air.

  • When raw materials are fed into the drum, the drum rotates and the materials move slowly, coming into contact with hot air evenly.
